signal_phase_timing_from_center_to_vehicles

This data flow sent from a transportation information center to on-board vehicle processes and indicates the amount of time remaining in the current phase (red, amber, green, left-turn, etc.) that is being transmitted by a signal controller. This data flow consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
