mmv_personal_event_alert

This data flow contains micromobility vehicle alerts that report regionally relevant special events, and may include the event type, start/end times, event attendance, expected pathway impact), and other information that may impact the MMV User. Alerts are provided based on user-supplied subscriptions including the traveler's location, search radius, drive route, or timeframe, as well as configurable alert thresholds (e.g., severity of the alert). It consists of the following data item which is defined in its own DDE: event_alert
