terminal_requestor_identity

This data flow contains the identity of a center or operating entity that is requesting access to an intermodal terminal, either for itself or, more typically, on behalf of the freight owner. It may be the name of an intermodal customer (also known as the beneficial cargo owner (BCO)), an commercial fleet/freight carrier, or a freight rail operator.
