traffic_situational_data_configuration

This data flow provides vehicles that are part of a centralized Traveler Services Data Collection function with configuration information concerning how they are to provide their vehicle based sensor data. It includes the start and end times for the data reporting, where the vehicle should report its data, and under what conditions probe data provision may be skipped (e.g. if the data is unchanged by a given threshold).
