signal_phase_indication_to_centers

This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic function and contains the actual state of operation of the roadside and grade crossing indicators used to pass instructions to drivers and travelers on roads (surface streets) within the geographic and/or jurisdictional area(s) served by the function. It is used to provide phase (red, amber, green, left-turn, etc.) information and consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
