7.4.1.8: Process Electric Charging Payments

This process shall be responsible for transacting payments for the use of electric charging stations. The process shall exchange payment information (e.g. charging rates, times, vehicle/account info) with a process in the roadside. Based on the required fees and account information this process shall send the data to the appropriate financial institution. The process shall send the response from the financial institution to the requesting process and shall send details of the transaction to another process for entry into a store of transaction records.
