10.6.1.3: Support Center Location and Time Services

This process shall receive time from an external Network Time Source to use to provide accurate timestamps for connected vehicle application data to be stored or transmitted to other processes. When available this process shall also use inputs of a local form of time expressed in universal time coordinated (UTC) format from a Connected Vehicle Support Service in order to synchronize time based data distribution with other connected vehicle functions. This process shall also process, for any center element location and time generated from a Location and Time Data Source, which in many cases could be a GPS receiver.
