This data flow is sent by the Credentials Management System Operator to the Revoke Connected Vehicle Device Credentials function. It contains acknowledgment of security actions, inputs directing distribution of the certificate revocation list and/or the blacklist, modifications to policy, or requests for certain types of output to support revocation of end entities (another system/device) from participating in the connected vehicle environment.
