traffic_metering_data_for_roadside
This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic function and contains information for a highway ramp or entrance meter, including its operational status (whether it is currently on or not, how many cars per green are allowed, etc.), preempt/priority request in effect, lane usage at the meter (including a bypass lane for HOVs) and existing queue at the meter.
