TIC Wayfinding Planning

Overview

'TIC Wayfinding Planning' provides pre-trip and en route wayfinding planning services for travelers requiring wayfinding and navigation on pathways (e.g., sidewalks, bike lanes, moving sidewalks), open areas (e.g., pedestrian plazas, parking lots), indoor facilities, and crosswalks. It receives origin, destination, constraints, and preferences and returns wayfinding plan(s) that meet the supplied criteria. It also confirms the wayfinding plan for the traveler. The wayfinding plan includes specific routing information and instructions for each segment of the trip along the route. The wayfinding plan may also represent real time route guidance for the wayfinding portion of a multimodal trip plan.
